Our family
took the Segway tour last weekend on July 5th. It was so much fun!
Really something different to do. We have an 18 and 20 year old,
who both enjoyed it. I was worried about trying to drive it, but
it was really easy to learn. The guides are really patient and
careful. And it was fun accelerating!!! I was also worried that a
tour downtown would be very hot - even at 10 am. But there was no
problem - the tour is in the shade most of the time. Highly
recommended!

I took the Katy Trail tour and after a thorough check
out we were off to see the Trail. This tour also takes you around
the American Airlines Center. During the hot weather, the Center
has several sidewalk grates discharging cool air.... really felt
great. Our tour guide Cindy was great! Very informative on the
areas. Katy Trail is a quiet and peaceful glide. I took this tour
to experience the Segway as well as the Katy Trail. Both were
great!

people from our family reunion took the Segway tour and I can
truly say it was one of the highlights of our reunion. Our guides
trained us well and were very pleasant and helpful during the
tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to
have an awesome experience.

I never could skate, ski, or ride a bicycle
very well, and am 78-years-old; so it was with some trepidation
that I went for the downtown tour June 4th. Now I can't stop
telling people how great it was! The training, sight-seeing,

Had a great time. Was the highlight of my visit to Dallas.
Never realized that Dallas had so much "hidden" greenspace. A
walking tour (without working up a sweat).

We had a wonderful time floating around the American
Airlines Center! We were thoroughly trained by our friendly guides
before our ride on these amazing machines, and I felt very safe
and confident during the tour. Thanks for the trip - we will be

What a great experience. Riding the
Segway was wonderful as was the tour of downtown Dallas. I highly
recommend this tour! You will not be disappointed. The staff is
very helpful and friendly and I can hardly wait for a chance to go
again.

I took my boyfriend on the tour with
some of his buddies as a birthday gift - it was definitely well
worth the TEXAS HEAT! We all enjoyed riding the 'horsies' and
joking around as we saw some Dallas sights! I really liked the
Courthouse - reminded me of London :)

1st tour 6-22-08. It was a great
tour! I'm ready to go again! The guides are terrific! And the
Segway is just plain fun!!! 2.5 hours of zipping around the city
on a Segway!!! Excellent Sunday morning fare!

You don't have to be a tourist to love this experience. We've
lived here for 20 years and saw things we'd never seen before!
Only takes a few minutes to get used to the Segways and after
that, you don't want to get off, they are so much fun. The Katy
Trail tour was great...you see Victory Park, American Airlines
Center and then hit the trails with bridges, tunnels and beautiful
peaceful scenery. We'll definitely be back again soon!

If you are new to Dallas, then the Segway Tour is the way to go.
We had a blast, Cindy and her guide were wonderful, full of
knowledgeable information, and the Segway's are a blast. I would
do this again in a minute.

Awesome time! It only took a few minutes to get comfortable with
it. But once you're on it, you don't want to get off! Guides were
very accommodating. I can't wait to do a Segway tour in other
cities.

This was such a blast, I highly recommend this to everyone and
anyone. It is fun, plus a great way to tour downtown Dallas and
see the highlights of the city. Great tour guides as well, but you

We had a wonderful time riding the
Segways and getting a tour of Dallas. The experience is definitely
one to remember and I highly recommend it not only to visitors of
the city but to residents as well. We are already planning for a
second tour.

The Segway tour was the best thing I did while in Dallas-- it was
so much fun! The tour was a birthday present from my boyfriend and
he couldn't have chosen a better gift. We were able to see things
in Dallas that we otherwise wouldn't have been able to see due to
time constraints. The Smiths were fantastic tour guides-- very
entertaining and informative! At first I thought that I might kill
myself on the Segway but after some very good instructions from
Mr. Smith, I found it extremely easy. I wanted to ride it all day!
I definitely recommend the Dallas Segway Tour-- you won't be
disappointed!

I wanted to give Dallas Segway Tours SIX stars for our great tour of
big "D". I was a little apprehensive at first because I've never
ridden a Segway before. After a couple of minutes I couldn't
believe how easy it was and what a BLAST! I've lived in Dallas for
over 26 years and I was still surprised by the new things that I
saw and learned that day. Thanks Dirk and Cindy for a memorable
afternoon. Y'all Rock!! We'll be back.

My mom is visiting from Rochester, NY and we decided to do a
Segway Tour of Dallas! It was freezing cold but TOO much fun! Dirk,
Cindy and Ryan couldn't have been better hosts! We enjoyed every
moment and hope to do another one in the summer! Thank you so much
Dirk, Cindy and Ryan! You guys really made it special for us. If
anyone is worried about riding a Segway just know that Dirk is a great
teacher and you will not regret it for a minute!

I took my teenage daughter and her boyfriend for a Segway tour. I
didn’t know if they were going to hate it or love it. They LOVED
it. I’ve lived in the Dallas area for 27 years and I also learned
some things I didn’t know. The weather was great and all the people
were so friendly. The bus drivers, light rail conductors and even the
policemen smiled at us when we rolled by all in a row. We can’t wait
for our relatives to come visit so we can take them. I know they’ll
really enjoy the tour. I thought I was going to be too old to keep up
with the kids, but I didn’t have any trouble at all! I can’t wait to
go again!

My husband and I had our first Segway experience this past weekend. In
an effort to find something fun and different to celebrate my
husband’s birthday, I stumbled across the Dallas Segway website. I
thought it looked fun and might be something my husband would enjoy.
The tour was a huge SUCCESS and my husband told me it was one of the
best birthday gifts he has ever received!! The weather was beautiful
and the tour was wonderful. Dirk and Ryan were our tour guides and
they were GREAT. They first taught us how to ride the Segway and then
we were off to enjoy the sites and sounds!! On our tour we made stops
at the John F. Kennedy Memorial, Dealey Plaza, Ferris Fountain,
Pioneer Cemetery, City Hall and much more! This tour was so much fun
and we can’t wait to go again. My family lives in North Carolina and
we are already making plans to go on the Segway tour when they come
for a visit.
Don’t be deceived, this tour is not designed for only tourists. Even
Dallas natives will thoroughly enjoy the tour and will learn things
about our history that is not commonly known. If you are like my
husband, you will also enjoy riding the Segway so much that you will
come away wanting to have your own Segway.
I give this tour a 5 star rating!!
