Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA)
Each Staff member at Dallas Segway Tours has earned the
accreditation of CTA through the North Texas Tourism Ambassadors
Program.
Our Staff strives to turn every visitor encounter into a positive
experience by using our knowledge of the region to provide answers
to the wide variety of questions we receive from riders on our
Tours each day.
This certification allows us to stay current and informed to a
wide variety of local happenings and a wealth of resources to
accurate historical facts of our region.
The CTA is a nationwide certification program for employees and
employers in the hospitality industry whose oversight is through
the Tourism Ambassador Institute. Our region's program is known as
the North Texas Tourism Ambassadors
